Refund & cancellation policy
Strict no-refund policy. Please be sure of your purchase before buying.
Monthly membership
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation must be submitted in writing at least three days before your next scheduled card charge. If a request arrives too late to stop a scheduled payment and that payment processes, the charge is not refunded.
Six- and twelve-month memberships
These are prepaid commitments and are non-refundable.
